I’m Toyah McCarthy, a regionally based consultant supporting purpose led leaders to turn big picture visions into practical, strategic action that delivers real results.

I specialise in helping community focused organisations, schools, government teams and not-for-profits bring their ideas to life through thoughtful planning, effective facilitation and on the ground support. With over 20 years of experience across a wide range of sectors, I understand the complexity of working across diverse stakeholders, stretched timelines and high stakes outcomes.

My background spans public health planning, project and facility management, reconciliation and disability action planning, and grassroots wellbeing initiatives including prevention programs in areas like alcohol and other drugs (AOD), youth engagement and social connection. Whatever the brief, I bring a strong strategic lens and the practical skills to support delivery that’s aligned, inclusive and impact driven.

I don’t just understand regional communities, I live, work and contribute in one.

Since moving to Karratha in regional WA six years ago, I’ve been proud to contribute locally from volunteering in my children’s school on the P & C, to sitting on the board of Foodcore Nutrition Services, backing our local hockey association as Junior Coordinator and serving as Pilbara Ambassador for the Rural Regional Remote Women’s Network. Championing regional women and thriving, inclusive communities is a passion I carry into everything I do.
